Fortune Monkey

Fortune Monkey is old-school fruit-machine fun with a cheeky monkey in place of the usual cherries and sevens. You get a compact 3x3 grid, five fixed paylines and a fourth reel that exists purely to multiply wins. No clutter, no sprawling bonus map, no mystery mechanics.

Simple Reels, Straightforward Wins

The game uses four reels, although the first three form the main 3x3 grid and the right-hand reel only displays a multiplier. A win needs three matching symbols from left to right on one of the five fixed paylines. That keeps every spin easy to read, even when you are playing on a phone.

Symbols include the Monkey Wild, bird, tree, coconut, banana and single, double and triple BARs. The Monkey is the top-paying symbol and substitutes for the others. There are no scatter symbols, so do not expect a separate scatter-triggered bonus round.

The Multiplier Reel Does the Heavy Lifting

Every spin adds a multiplier from 1x, 2x, 3x, 5x, 10x or 15x. It applies to the line wins on that spin, with the line payout based on the symbol odds multiplied by your bet and then divided by five. A big multiplier can make a modest hit feel worthwhile, but most spins will not land the top value. The Extra Bet costs 50% more per spin and removes the 1x result, meaning every winning spin gets at least 2x. I would treat that as an optional punt, not a default setting. The RTP remains 97.00%, while low volatility and a hit frequency of about 12% make the game relatively gentle but not especially action-packed.

The special reel can add multipliers up to 15x to the line wins of a spin.

What Your Bankroll Should Expect

Bets run from 0.10 to 100.00 per spin, though a casino can set its own limits. The headline maximum win is 1,500x your bet, which is respectable for such a stripped-back slot, but it is not something to chase. Set a stake that lets you enjoy the steady fruit-machine rhythm without relying on a lucky multiplier.

There is one neat surprise: if a whole reel fills with Wilds and no win appears, the other reels respin for free. If two reels are full of Wilds, the last reel respins. That is a free respin mechanic, not a classic free spins round. There is also no bonus buy, progressive jackpot, gamble feature or cascading system.

A reel covered by Wilds with no win triggers a free respin of the other reels.

Fortune Monkey keeps things simple with a classic fruit-machine layout in a jungle setting.

Summary

Fortune Monkey suits players who prefer a clean, low-volatility slot over a noisy bonus-heavy game. The 97.00% RTP is solid, the five paylines are simple to follow and the special reel gives each spin a chance to improve its payout.

Still, the low hit rate and limited feature set will not satisfy players looking for constant bonus action. Keep your bet sensible, view the Extra Bet as optional, and remember that the 1,500x maximum is a ceiling, not a promise.
